PADI Assistant Instructor

The PADI Assistant Instructor course is the first of the Instructor levelsa and the seocnd level of PADI GO PRO. Become a qualified PADI Assistant Instructor by completing Section One of the Instructor Development Course (IDC). These courses take place at PADI 5* Star CDC and IDC centres, with the programme is over a minimum of 3 days.

What Can a PADI Assistant Instructor do?

Once qualified you will be a major asset to any PADI Dive Centre. From conducting lectures on all the PADI programmes to independently teaching certain specialties your knowledge of the diving industry will set you above the rest. Eagle Ray Diving can also supply you with all the materials you will need to successfully complete this demanding programme.

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI)

Become a qualified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor by completing Section Two of the IDC programme. This opens up a huge global opportunities with the diving industry. The OWSI program is a minimum of four days. It introduces you to the entire PADI System of diver education and concentrates on further developing your abilities as a professional dive educator. It’s about life transformations—both yours and those around you. You’ll begin networking with other professionals and begin to explore PADI Pro Diving Jobs worldwide. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue your professional education by participating in specialty instructor courses, which train you to teach specialties after instructor certification.

PADI Specialty Instructor

Become a PADI Specialty Instructor. After becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) you will want to teach divers specific types of diving dependant on your interests and what your local area offers. To do this you need to be able to teach PADI Specialties. By doing so you can heighten your students' comfort level and strengthen their underwater skills, ultimately leading to them enjoying diving more than ever before.

PADI IDC Staff Instructor

The next step in the progression of the PADI Pro system is to become a PADI IDC Staff Instructor after completing the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) course. You will want to teach divers specific types of diving depending on your interests and what your local area offers. To do this you need to be able to teach PADI Specialties and become a Master Scuba Diver Trainer. By teaching PADI Specialties so you can heighten your students' comfort level and strengthen their underwater skills, ultimately leading to them enjoying diving more than ever before. As a seasoned PADI Instructor, you have wisdom and experience to share with up-and-coming PADI leaders. And, you know that continuing your education never ends.

As an Instructor Development Course (IDC) Staff Instructor, you help bring up the next generation of PADI Instructors while gaining in-depth instructor-trainer knowledge.
